Scope of work

Remove existing roofing
Tear off down to the wood deck.
Inspect wood deck
Verify compliance with city ordinance.
Replace damaged decking
Any unsuitable decking replaced at additional charge.
Install synthetic underlayment
Fastened with galvanized simplex plastic cap nails.
Install ice & water barrier
Around pipe flashings, valleys and attic vents.
Install perimeter edge metal
New metal at all eave and trim areas.
Install new flashings
Standard galvanized at all pipe jacks and hood vents.
Install O'Hagin vents
New low-profile vents replace existing attic vents.
Install IKO starter strip
Matched starter shingles at all eaves.
Install IKO Dynasty shingles
Woven band prevents nail pull-through and blow-off.
Install ridge caps
High-profile dimensional caps at all hip and ridge areas.
Seal all flashings
Exterior-grade silicone at vent, pipe jack and related flashings.
Paint vents & pipe jacks
High-heat, rust-resistant paint to match roof color.
Final cleanup
Remove all roofing-related equipment and excess debris.

Payment terms
- Deposit $1,000 or 10%, whichever is less.
